Support for Middle Leaders

We are committed to growing our own leaders.   Frequently colleagues are being asked to take on Leadership roles early on in their careers.  It is important that we equip them to carry out this role effectively.  Networks and training opportunities are vital.  We collaborate closely with our community of schools to ensure that networking events are available according to need.  For example,  this year we have seen an EYFS Network emerge and we have supported the development of subject networks.  Where there is a need or a request,  we will create an opportunity.   In addition,  we run the following development programme as a cross phase opportunity.

Session 3: Values, Vision, Context and Climate

Session 4:  Managing Staff

Session 5: Accountability and Performance
