‘Senior Leadership Programme’:  this is an 8 session twilight programme

Unique in its approach, this programme is designed to improve the competence and quality of a school senior leadership team as a whole, as well as building the leadership skills of the individuals within it.  All our presenters draw on a rich wealth of leadership practice.  They represent a cross – section of phases, and are united in their ability and relevance to support the development of Senior Leadership Teams.
